Alstrea forcesIs
a Russian military teams founded by Czar Ivan the Terrible in 1545,

قوات الستريلسي
هي فرق عسكرية روسية أسست على يد القيصر إيفان الرهيب سنة 1545 , في بادئ الأمر كان يتم إختيار جنود " الستريلسي " من الأفراد الأحرار و كان " الستريلسي " فخرا للجيش الروسي القيصري إذ كان يعمل طوال حياته في الخدمة العسكرية و يكسب خبرة و تجربة عسكرية كبيرة . لاحقا أصبح العمل في قوات " الستريلسي " بالوراثة فكان الجندي يورث مكانه لإبنه و قد تسببت هذه السياسة في تراجع مكانة " الستريلسي " و خبرته و عدد جنوده .
كانت فرق " الستريلسي " تعمل داخل أسوار الكرملين كحراس و خارج الكرملين بدور الشرطة أيضا تكفل " الستريلسي " بدور حماية الحدود في عديد المناطق من روسيا . لعب " الستريلس " دورا كبيرا في الحروب الروسية فكان الفضل لهم في النجاح الروسي في حصار " قازان " و حرب القرم و الحرب البولندية . لاحقا و خلال النصف الثاني من القرن ال 17 تراجع دور " الستريلسي " كثيرا و إندثر مجدهم السابق .
ساهم " الستريلسي " في منع بيتر الأكبر من الوصول الى الحكم و مكنوا صوفيا و إيفان ( أخ غير الشقيق لبيتر ) من السلطة و قاموا بقتل العديد من أقرباء و أصدقاء عائلة " بيتر الأكبر " بطرق وحشية أمام عينيه ( بيتر الأكبر ) و لم يتجاوز عمره حينها ال 10 سنوات . لاحقا و بعد حصوله على الحكم إنتقم " بيتر الأكبر " من " الستريلسي " بعد ثورة 1698 (ثورة الستريلسي ضد حكم بيتر ) و قام بإبادة العديد منهم عن طريق قطع رؤوسهم .
